Meet the Founder

I’m Emma, and I’m excited to share my journey with you. Growing up, my dad owned a construction company where I witnessed firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with entrepreneurship. I was there through the hard times when the future of the business was uncertain. During those moments, I became his "reason why," motivating him to persevere and strive for success.

I believe that every business owner has a unique "reason why" that drives them. For me, that reason is my energetic, funny, and curious little boy. He inspires me every day to not only succeed in my own endeavors but to help others find their path to success as well. When businesses thrive, the economy flourishes, and communities prosper. I’m passionate about playing a role in that cycle of growth and positivity.

With a decade of experience in business banking, I have honed my skills in various aspects of financial services and client relations. I’ve worked across multiple departments, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of what businesses need to thrive. Throughout my career, I’ve always treated every customer as I would want my own dad to be treated. From my very first job in the call centre at 16 years old, I dedicated myself to going above and beyond to ensure that every business I interacted with had the support they needed to succeed. This commitment to helping others is at the heart of what I do at Asteria Business Consulting.

The name "Asteria" holds a special meaning for me. In Greek, Asteria means "star," and in mythology, Asteria is the goddess of the stars, symbolising the limitless possibilities that lie ahead. I've always loved stargazing, often telling my son, "I love you to the moon and the stars." For me, the stars represent hope, guidance, and the endless potential we all have.

My mission is to empower entrepreneurs to rediscover their passion and set meaningful goals - no matter how big or small - while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of business, focusing on strategies that drive growth and success.
